After several accidents caused by bursting pressure vessels during the filling process, explosion protection during cylinder filling has already become a regulation or standard in many countries. The IDE safety filling station FILL SAVE 600 made of high-strength "double layer" special steel with hydropneumatically controlled safety doors provides the filling personnel with protection against bursting or exploding pressure vessels during the filling process. The individual pressurized gas cylinders are easily accessible in the filling box. The filling connections are automatically venting with 0.8 mtr. filling hoses with safety filling tubes and Flow Stop.
A sophisticated 2-hand safety system, controlled by a microprocessor controller, protects against operating errors.
The complete filling system is operated either with normal electronic control or with the optional IDE HMI-TCC Control and the optional Fill Control.
The FILL-SAFE can be connected directly to any commercial compressor system or supplied from an accumulator, optionally with IDE PRIORITY-FILL.
