The extended intercoolers ensure extremely good cooling even under the most adverse climatic conditions and thus high air delivery performance. Free-flying pistons in the third and fourth compressor stages significantly reduce friction and thus also heat generation. Energy efficiency is one of the most important requirements for machine manufacturers today. IDE has taken this task very seriously and has therefore developed the HMI - TCC Control, the most modern control system for breathing air high-pressure compressors. This allows the systems to be controlled and monitored so that they are always operated under optimal conditions. All maintenance and service intervals are displayed, including the order numbers of the required spare and maintenance parts.
The dryer system required for breathing air applications is available as a stand-alone version. Optionally, the dryer system can be equipped with the AIRSAVE ULTIMATE air quality monitoring for CO, CO2, O2, SO2, NO, combustible gases, water, oil and aerosols larger than 0.001 mg. The world's most modern and comprehensive breathing air quality monitoring ensures the purest and dryest breathing air at all times in accordance with DIN EN 12021:2014 and DIN ISO 73.96-1 for medical air.
The system can also be equipped with a HEPA filter to protect against fine dust as well as all viruses and bacteria up to a size of 0.01µ.
