Compressor technology, filling systems - basic

Target group:

Participants from the application areas of breathing air, fire services, diving and industry. Graduates of the operator seminar and people who already have long-term experience in dealing with high-pressure compressors who would like to expand their knowledge in terms of troubleshooting and troubleshooting. This seminar is, among other things, a prerequisite for obtaining the expertise of a “qualified person in accordance with Section 32 of the Industrial Safety Ordinance” and the technical instructor examination.

Content:

Practical work directly on the compressor with an introduction to the basic functions of a high-pressure compressor. How do I set up a system correctly, explanation of the installation regulations that must be observed Important technical rules, standards and safety regulations How do I avoid accidents Recognize functional defects in a previously prepared system and correct them by dismantling/assembling. Which consumables and spare parts do I have to order for the system and the affected peripherals and how do I use them and which ones do I keep in stock? Introduction to the controls and electrical assemblies of air treatment systems, breathing air analysis according to DIN/EN 12021:2014 Explanation of various air quality monitoring systems, system installation, proper compressor room, planning aid, discussion of special customer problems.

Benefit:

Thanks to the expanded skills, the participant is able to define and operate the different compressor controls, isolate and usually correct mechanical and electrical errors, and carry out a breathing air analysis.

Please don't forget appropriate protective clothing! If you register in advance, you are welcome to bring your own portable compressor up to a maximum of 260L/min, which can then be inspected and repaired during the seminar.
