Description
High-pressure compressor for aviation, mounted on an extremely stable and robust two-axle transport trailer. The trailer is powder-coated in RAL 1002 and RAL 9005 and, thanks to the hinged doors equipped with gas springs, is easily accessible from both sides for maintenance and repair work. Four lifting eyes and forklift pockets facilitate transport.
The compressor can be operated without problems up to a side slope of 3 % and a working height of 1500 m. The nominal flow is

4-stage compressor block, designed according to the state of the art, with each stage equipped with a safety valve and a 63 mm intermediate pressure gauge filled with glycerine.
100 mm final pressure gauge. Cast iron cylinder with specially honed liners.
Aluminum pistons with special metal rings for high efficiency and long service life. Extremely large stainless steel intercoolers (DIN 14571 V 4A). Lubrication via a low-pressure oil pump with a Micronic oil filter (10 microns). Oil pressure is displayed via a 63 mm glycerin-filled pressure gauge. Micronic cyclone intake filter with sand separator.
LED lighting covers the entire instrument panel and controls. All monitoring and control elements are clearly labeled with laser-engraved aluminum plates in English and French.

Air drying system Tripple-Plus FT 1500 Special Super Dry down to -65°C dew point.
Electronically controlled automatic condensate drainage, automatic shutdown when the final pressure is reached, one main air outlet, two connected reels, each with 10m of high-pressure hoses and G 3/8 stainless steel connectors. One of them has a pressure reduction valve to 210 bar, with stainless steel connectors. Connections according to customer requirements upon presentation of a sample.
Drive via triple V-belt.
Maintenance plan:
First inspection of the compressor block with oil change after 50 operating hours.
Regular maintenance of the compressor and engine: once a year with replacement of the intake air filter, oil change every 2 years or every 300 operating hours.
Replace the dryer cartridge as needed and report the saturation monitoring AIRSAVE PRO E., at the latest after one year, otherwise the dew point can no longer be reached.
Drive motor:
4-stroke, 3-4 cylinder diesel engine at least 45 kW 61 HP, water-cooled, with electric start, electronic control, oil pressure control, temperature control, hour meter, cyclone air filter with sand separator, 60 l fuel tank with ventilation and additional drain tap, starter battery 12 V 75 AH with charge indicator and easily accessible fuse holder.
