Portable, high-performance breathing air compressor in an extremely robust, stable powder-coated frame with foldable transport handles, as a system solution for compressing gases, especially breathing air. This compressor, with its DIESEL ENGINE and extremely robust frame, is made for the toughest professional operating conditions.
Compressor unit:
Air liter capacity 320 L/min, 19.2 m³/h, 11.3 cfm up to max. 420 bar.
State-of-the-art 3-stage, 3-cylinder compressor block, made entirely of aluminum with aluminum cylinders with highly abrasion-resistant NICASIL coating.
Safety valves after each compressor stage. Type-tested and TÜV-tested ventable final pressure safety valve, 2nd and 3rd compressor stage with free-flight piston.
Increased cooling and an additional condensation water separator for continuous operation even under extremely high temperatures and in the tropics with extreme humidity.
Lubrication:
Lubrication with maintenance-free centrifugal pin lubrication, oil quantity of approx. 2.5 L and with maintenance-free low-pressure oil pump.
Air-gas treatment:
Micronic intake air filter, intermediate separator after 2nd and 3rd compressor stage, manual condensate separation with special silencer.
FT 410 three-stage breathing air dryer system, TÜV tested, dryer capacity 1,200 m³ (at 20° C) for H²O/oil or optionally H²O/OIL/CO.
with Airsave Basic dryer cartridge saturation monitoring.
Optional control:
Automatic final pressure switch-off as standard.
Automatic condensate drain is optional but only possible in conjunction with battery and electric start.
Frame:
Made from 5 mm thick welded U-shaped steel profiles, panels and covers made from bent sheet steel. Color: RAL 9007 + 9005 medium structure. Rubber vibration dampeners, foldable carrying handles.
The compressor and drive motor are each vibration decoupled.
