Transportable 300 bar fire brigade breathing air compressor, in a sturdy frame, powder-coated with foldable transport handles.
Equipped with a filling ramp with 3 300 bar direct connections to automatically venting valves and 2 additional 1.30 m filling hoses DIN 300 bar.
These filling hoses can optionally be equipped with a 300>200 bar filling adapter. Air capacity: 380 l/min, 22.8 m³/h, 13.41 cfm, 300 bar. 3-stage compressor block, each stage with safety valve, aluminum cylinders with highly abrasion-resistant NICASIL-coated liners, pistons with special piston rings, stainless steel intercooler, lubrication via low-pressure oil pump, and additional centrifugal pin lubrication. The pistons of the 2nd and 3rd stages function as free-floating pistons. They feature a Micronic intake filter, a final pressure gauge, a pressure-maintaining valve, a check valve, AutoStop when the final pressure is reached, and automatic time-controlled condensate drainage with a collection canister.
Triple-Plus clean dryer system FT 810 for approx. 2300 m³ (@20°C), clean air according to DIN EN 12021:2014, (with appropriate intake air with approved CO2 content) pressure holding valve for longer cartridge service life.
