FILL SAVE 600 with integrated compressor
After several accidents caused by bursting pressure vessels during the filling process, explosion protection during bottle filling has already become a requirement or standard in many countries.
The IDE safety filling station FILL SAVE 600 C made of high-strength "double layer" special steel with hydropneumatically controlled safety doors provides the filling personnel with protection against bursting or exploding pressure vessels during the filling process.
The individual compressed gas cylinders are easily accessible in the filling box. The filling connections are automatically venting filling valves with safety filling pipes, flow stop and 0.8 m filling hoses.
A sophisticated two-hand safety system, controlled by a microprocessor control, protects against incorrect operation. The entire filling system is operated using intuitive electronic controls and push buttons on the control panel with the following range of functions: Auto stop when the final pressure is reached, automatic electronically controlled condensate drainage, Airsave Pro E electronic, sensor-controlled filter saturation monitoring.
The FILL-SAVE 600 C also has an integrated compressor with an air output of 320L/min.

The integrated high-pressure compressor is installed on a platform that can be pulled out for servicing.

High-strength aluminum compressor block with a forged crankshaft that is mounted in large-dimensioned industrial roller bearings, forged aluminum connecting rods with double-acting bearings, aluminum pistons, aluminum cylinders with NICASIL-coated specially honed running surfaces in the first and second compressor stages, free-flying pistons in the 3rd compressor stage, special cylinder heads with reduced dead space, large, robust valves that ensure rapid air exchange, special, extremely effective cooling using stainless steel coolers and double lubrication using oil spray lubrication and a low-pressure oil pump with a maximum of 3 bar when cold and 1 bar when warm. This means a significantly lower oil content in the compressed air. All of these features give us the opportunity to generate more power than most competitors with often the same drive power over 105%.
