High-performance breathing air compressor and filling system for gases, especially breathing air.
Compressor unit:
Luftliterleistung 550 L/Min, 33 m³/h, 19,42 c.f.m. bis max. 350 bar, optional 420 bar.
Robust, industry-standard 4-stage compressor block, constructed entirely of aluminum with gray cast iron cylinder liners. Safety valves are located after each compressor stage. A type-approved and TÜV-tested, ventable final pressure safety valve is installed. The 3rd and 4th compressor stages feature free-floating pistons and special piston rings. Intercooler lines are made of special stainless steel alloys. Automatic condensate separation and shutdown when the final pressure is reached.
Lubrication:
With maintenance-free low-pressure oil pump, oil quantity approx. 4.5 liters.
Air-gas treatment:
Micronic intake air filter, intermediate separator after the 2nd and 3rd compressor stages, condensate separation with special silencer, 5-liter condensate collection tank.
Supplied mounted on a stand-alone frame.
FT 410 three-stage breathing air dryer system, TÜV tested, dryer capacity 1400 m³ (at 20° C) for H²O/oil or optionally H²O/oil/CO.
For air quality monitoring, the optionally integrated AIRSAVE PRO E or AIRSAVE ULTIMATE are available.
Control:
HIGH END star-delta compressor control with motor protection relay, start-stop button with indicator light, emergency stop mushroom button, operating hour counter, electronic timer for automatic condensate drainage, precision pressure switch for automatic shutdown when the final pressure is reached.
Optional with or HMI-Control Can Bus control with 7“ color touch screen
Frame and cabin:
Made of 2-5 mm thick powder-coated sheet steel. Color: RAL 9007 + 9005, medium structure, large shock absorbers as adjustable feet.

Taper drive pulley with SPA V-belt and automatic V-belt tensioner.
Filling system:
1 main air outlet. Also optionally available is a filling ramp with 2 or 4 rocker arm connections, optionally with hose or direct connection, on request with flow restriction especially for slower filling of composite breathing apparatus.
