Attention: Plagiarism warning

Caution! Apparently a Chinese manufacturer is copying our website, the logo and the products of IDE and tries to plagiarize these websites “idekompressoren.de” (the copied original is: ide.de) for sale.

This manufacturer has no dealer or branch and therefore no service in Europe. This means that in the event of problems or defects, customers are dependent on spare parts and consumables from China, which entails long waiting times, high transport costs and potential quality defects.

In some cases, these machines do not comply with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU) nor DIN EN 12021:2014 or the Industrial Safety Ordinance and may therefore not be operated throughout the EU without the appropriate evidence.

These copies look deceptively real but do not offer the same service or quality as the originals. Customers should therefore be cautious and ensure they buy from an authorised dealer who can offer repairs, consumables and spare parts direct from stock in Europe.

Such practices harm both consumers and the original manufacturers. When it comes to capital goods, buying from such companies carries a significant financial risk and the counterfeits can be confiscated by customs.
