TVC- SILENT SUPER CHARGER

High-performance high-pressure compressor and filling system for gases - especially breathing air in a sound-insulated version (70 dB(A))
Compressor unit:
Air delivery rate 800 L/min, 48 m³/h, 28.75 c.f.m. up to max. 300 bar.
4-cylinder robust industrial standard compressor block, completely made of aluminum with cast iron cylinder liners, safety valves after each compression stage. Type-tested and TÜV-approved unloadable final pressure safety valve, last compression stage with free-floating pistons and special piston rings, intercooler lines made of special stainless steel alloys. Automatic condensate separation and shut-off upon reaching the final pressure.

Lubrication:
With maintenance-free low-pressure oil pump, oil capacity 6 liters.

Air/gas conditioning:

Automatic CO2 purging device at compressor start.
Micronic intake air filter, intermediate separator after 2nd and 3rd compressor stages, final separator after the last compressor stage, condensate separation with special silencer, 10-liter condensate collection tank.
FT 410 three-stage breathing air purification dryer system, TÜV certified, dryer capacity 1400 m³ (at 20° C), alternative optional FT 810 with 2400 m³ capacity for H²O/oil or optional H²O/OIL/CO.
The optional AIRSAVE PRO E or AIRSAVE ULTIMATE can be integrated for air quality monitoring.
Control:
IDE HIGH END Star-Delta compressor control with 7″ color touch display, motor protection relay, start-stop button with indicator light, emergency stop mushroom pushbutton, operating hours counter, electronic timer for automatic condensate drain, precision pressure switch for automatic shut-off upon reaching the final pressure, optional full or semi-automatic operation, direction of rotation monitoring, digital and analog pressure display, intermediate pressure gauges for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd compressor stages.
Optional with or HMI Control CAN Bus control with 7“ color touch screen

Frame and cabin:
Made of 2 – 5 mm thick powder-coated sheet steel. Color: RAL 9007 + 9005 medium texture, large shock absorbers as adjustable feet. Compressor unit and drive unit also decoupled from the base frame by means of vibration dampers.

Drive:
Three-phase asynchronous motor 400 V, 50 Hz, 11 kW, IP 55, IE3
Taper drive pulley with SPA V-belt and automatic V-belt tensioner.

Filling system:
1 main air outlet, optionally expandable with up to type 4 filling hoses, 1.5 m each, with handle and kink protection, and filling valves with venting. Available upon request with flow restriction specifically for slower filling of composite breathing apparatuses. Also optionally available is a filling manifold with 2 or 4 toggle-lever connections, optionally with hose or direct connection.
