Hydrotests & Pressure Vessel Inspections

IDE COMPRESSORS performs the inspections of pressure vessels for high-pressure compressors as required by manufacturers and inspection organizations. These include, in particular:
- Hydrostatic pressure tests (hydrotests)
- Non-destructive testing (NDT)
- Testing of filter housings
- Testing of separator housings
- Documentation of the tests performed
Filter and separator housings, in particular, are exposed to high pressures and cyclic loading during operation. A professional and timely inspection is therefore a crucial component of safe and reliable plant operation.
The service is manufacturer-independent and is therefore also available for pressure vessels and compressor systems from other manufacturers. Compressor service, maintenance and pressure vessel testing can be handled centrally through IDE COMPRESSORS.
