\nFollowing several accidents caused by bursting pressure vessels during the filling process, explosion protection during cylinder filling has already become a requirement or standard in many countries.,
\nThe IDE FILL SAVE 600 C safety filling station, made of high-strength \u201cdouble layer\u201d special steel with hydropneumatically controlled safety doors, protects filling personnel from bursting or exploding pressure vessels during the filling process.
\nThe individual compressed gas cylinders are easily accessible in the filling box. The filling connections are automatically venting filling valves with safety filling pipes, flow stop and 0.8 m filling hoses.
\nA sophisticated two-hand safety system, controlled by a microprocessor, protects against incorrect operation. The entire filling system is operated via an intuitive electronic control system and pushbuttons on the control panel with the following range of functions: auto stop when the final pressure is reached, automatic electronically controlled condensate drain, Airsave Pro E electronic, sensor-controlled filter saturation monitoring.<\/p>\n
